The University of Ghana Sports Stadium buzzed with excitement on Saturday, 16th November 2024, as the College of Health Sciences (CHS) participated in the highly anticipated Community Games. The CHS team, donning their vibrant jerseys, showcased their athletic prowess, determination, and school spirit.
In the opening match, CHS faced off against the College of Basic and Applied Sciences (CBAS). The intense competition ended with CHS emerging victorious, securing a well-deserved win. This triumph propelled the team into the semi-finals, where they faced the Union.
Although CHS put up a valiant effort, they ultimately succumbed to the Union's strong challenge, ending their journey in the competition. Despite the loss, the CHS team held their heads high, proud of their impressive performance.
The Community Games fostered camaraderie, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among University of Ghana's constituent colleges. The College of Health Sciences' impressive showing demonstrated their commitment to excellence beyond academics.
