Ms. Evelyn Esenam Avoxe is an Assistant Registrar at the Human Resource and Organisational Development (HROD) Unit of the College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana. She is responsible predominantly for Senior and Junior staff HR issues comprising: Recruitment, Promotion and Separation; Performance, Education and Training; Compensation, Discipline and Rewards. 

Before joining the University of Ghana, she worked with the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre as Research Assistant and Course Director in the Research and Training Departments respectively. She also worked with the Early Warning Program of the West Africa Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP) as Regional Conflict Analyst. She holds a BA in French and English and an MA in International Affairs both from the University of Ghana, Legon and has a number of publications to her credit. 

Her vision for the College is to promote the development of a happy, skilled and professional workforce. During her spare time, she loves to cook, read, travel and enjoy nature. She has travelled extensively across West Africa.
