College of Health Sciences Enhances Digital Learning with 42 New Desktop

The College of Health Sciences (CHS) at the University of Ghana has taken a significant step towards strengthening digital education and research infrastructure. Earlier today, the Provost of CHS officially handed over 42 brand-new desktop computers to the College's IT Unit in a brief but impactful ceremony.

This milestone was achieved through the proactive engagement of the Provost with the University of Ghana’s Pro Vice-Chancellor in charge of Student Affairs and the Director of Academic Affairs.

Their collaboration underscored the critical need for improved ICT resources to support student learning and research in the health sciences domain. The initiative also received invaluable support from the College's IT Officer, who played a key role in facilitating the process.

During the ceremony, the College Registrar expressed profound appreciation for the provost’s dedicated efforts in securing these resources. He emphasized that the new computers will significantly enhance digital literacy, research capabilities, and the overall academic experience of students in this technology-driven era.

This development aligns with the University’s broader vision of integrating technology into education, ensuring students and faculty have access to modern tools for academic excellence. The College of Health Sciences remains committed to fostering an innovative and technologically advanced learning environment.
