As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the teaching and learning experience, the Instructional Design Unit – University of Ghana Computing Systems (UGCS), the Center for Teaching and Learning Innovation (CTLI), Academic Affairs Directorate and the Academic Quality Assurance Directorate (AQAD), are planning to introduce Prep AI, an advanced AI-powered platform for creating, conducting, and grading assessments such as Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), tests and quizzes and advance Sakai assessment tools, to the academic staff. Prep AI has the potential to streamline our assessment processes, save valuable time, and provide valuable insights into student assessment.
To facilitate the successful pilot implementation of this platform, we are organizing a three-hour, hands-on training program. Details of the training program are as follows:
Dates: 26th July 2024, Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Venue: SBAHS Examination Hall
At the end of the training, participants will be able to:
· Evaluate how to assess learning outcomes that complement their course objectives using Blooms Taxonomy and other measures of practical, professional, skills
· Gain insights into analyzing higher-order thinking skills through the creation of challenging questions.
· Create online tests and quizzes efficiently using Prep AI's advanced AI-powered quiz generation platform.
· Use PrepAI and Sakai Tools in their teaching and assessment practices
· Use advance assessment tools on Sakai.
Thank you.
