ACTIVITIES

DAY 1 - Monday, 17th November 2025 (All UG Day)

Launch of the Celebration and Wellness Fair (Attire Branded T. Shirts)

Activities:

Morning:  9:00a.m. to 12:30p.m.

• Employee float from UG main gate to Great Hall to create awareness about the celebration
• Official Launch of the 2025 Employee Week Celebration by the Pro Vice-Chancellor (ASA). (Each college will be required to present a line-up of activities they plan to organize during the Week).

Afternoon:  2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.

• Talks on Mental Health, and Nutrition (Virtual) 

DAY 2 – Tuesday, 18th November 2025

• College/Central Administration-Based Activities

DAY 3 – Wednesday, 19th November 2025 (All UG Day)

• Retirement planning seminar (talks on Physical, Social and Psychological effects of aging, Pension schemes: GUSSS, and SSNIT) 

DAY 4 – Thursday, 20th November 2025

• College/Central Administration-Based Activities

DAY 5 – Friday, 21st November 2025 (All UG Day)

Sports Competition, Community Service, and Closing Ceremony 

Activities:

• Inter-Colleges and Central Admin Sporting activities
• Closing ceremony by the Vice-Chancellor
